Yeast Extraction in your Skincare Products?

Um, this is a bit awkward... but don't worry! Yeast Extract is vital for maintaining skins overall quality and appearance. The antioxidant has moisturizing, soothing properties that neutralizes harmful free radicals. It helps to soothe and alleviate problematic skin as well.

Yeast extract boosts moisture retention while improving overall hydration which would be ideal for dry, mature, or cracked skin. It's anti-aging because it produces collagen while brightening skin for a well-rested look. The extract contains amino acids, proteins, minerals and vitamin B which is known to promote stronger skin, nails and hair.

It stimulates collagen, elastic production and reduces inflammation such as burns, swelling, and rashes. The cell renewal properties improve smoothness, texture, pore size (oily/combo skin i'm talking to you). The yeast better defines contours and lifts your overall appearance making it a break through in the anti-aging industry.

This is why you'll often see this antioxidant in those products. Yeast extract is gluten-free and decreases production of brown and/or reddish pigment known as eumelanin. As it gives the appearance of lighter, even-toned skin, you'll notice how damaged skin cells (hole-like dents in skin) will begin to smooth out and the extract helps plump that part of the skins surface to replenish the damaged area.
