Stila’s Eyeliner is one of my favorites… an absolute must in my kit! This liner has a fine tip which is potent and glides on smoothly. Application is consistent and satisfactory, even when i’m in a rush. A pet peeve of mine is when I buy a felt tip black liner, that dries out quickly, or I have to constantly shake to get opaqueness. I’ve never had that issue with this liner among many others. It doesn't smudge, dry quickly, and is waterproof (x10).

I’m not one to wear makeup when I work out, but I left this liner on by itself to see if it would stay on during a 60 minute work out. It never budged which made me happy because smeared eye makeup is not a good look. It's long-wearing up to 24 hours without cracking or bleeding into fine lines.

The felt tip gives exact precision; apply in feather-like strokes with little to no pressure because a little goes a long way with this liner. It's nicely pigmented making it effortless to put on without the hassle of trying to make it look perfect.

The liner glides on your skin without skipping or pulling any wrinkles or bags you may have. The liner is great for all skin types, more specifically those with sensitive and mature skin. Stila’s liner removes best with vaseline. I highly recommend this product to novices who are unsure how to apply makeup. Stila always provides a guide to help you with that. To get the most of out this liner, it’s best for cat-eyes and dramatic looks.
