When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship every 48 hours, typically sooner depending on stock and overhead. Our products come to us first to ensure authentication and takes 1-3 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. As soon as your products are packaged and ready to go, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package via USPS - you may monitor the delivery process of your package as well.

Due to the high demand with the launch sale - quantities are limited to two (2) per product. As we begin to expand, please allow an additional three (3) business days for your package to arrive if you placed your order during the weekend. We appreciate your patience during this time. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within three (3) business days.
Does NovasGrandeur Ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping at an additional charge of US $30. International shipments (outside Canada and Continental US) are subject to our standard return policy and an extra charge of US $30 non-refundable shipping charge. NovasGrandeur is not responsible for additional customs and clearance charges. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes once shipped.
