How You can Benefit from Coconut Oil

I'd really like to share some secrets about Coconut Oil that i've been trying myself for the past few weeks to see if it works and here's what I found:

1. I’ve had eczema on my arms since I was a kid. I’ve tried creams and oils that haven’t seemed to work and I prefer holistic ways to healing any rashes/irritated areas on my body. Coconut Oil helps TREMENDOUSLY with eczema… I’ve been putting it on my arms for about 2 weeks now and it’s literally almost gone… I hope this tip helps those who have this as well!!

2. Applying a small amount to the upper and lower lash line promotes HAIR GROWTH for longer lashes!

3. Rubbing some on your lips exfoliates them while leaving your lips soft and luscious.

4. Soothes cuticles

5. Great for hydrating DRY SKIN while leaving it silky and not oily whatsoever!

6. Exceptional for reducing puffy eyes dramatically

7. TIP: Dab some under your eyes (for about 5 minutes then clean it off in stippling motions) to moisturize and brighten your complexion (no, it won’t make your skin lighter, it’ll make your skin glow) and also improving the elasticity underneath the eyes

8. Amazing for ALL skin types; those who have combination (I have this) or skin on the oily side, please make sure to use small amounts (dime sizes).

I mention this because, although I haven’t seen it happen with coconut oil, I would hate for your pores to have excessive amounts of ‘oil’. Just a heads up! when dealing with combination, acne prone skin, or oily skin… the reason why it tends to get excessively oily in the first place, is because it’s likely that your skin isn’t getting ENOUGH hydration it needs, thus it overproduces what it actually needs, leaving you with oily skin. Many other factors can be the cause of this as well i.e. unhealthy foods, products… etc.
