My skin changes like the seasons and am usually having to switch up which products I use depending on where I live, lifestyle and travel. Those are the biggest factors when it comes to my regimen and can’t lie, it can be pretty frustrating! Nonetheless is has taught me a lot about skincare and how to effectively treat and work with various types and breakouts. 

Starting off with a 4-week regimen then transitioning to an 8-week regimen was actually pretty shocking to me as I usually have oily, sensitive skin, thus was nervous when doing my research on the various ingredients used in this line. 

The goal was to tone down the oil in my T-zone, get rid of some blemishes on my cheeks (I seldom get acne in this area), eliminate blackheads on my nose and balance skin to Normal skin type. So impressed, Peter Roth Thomas Acne Kit came through and truly transformed my oily/combo skin type to Normal which was so rewarding because I didn’t have to deal with being overly sensitive to makeup products, sun UVA/UVB rays and/or oiliness.

Here’s what I’ve found:

Peter Roth Thomas marketed their Acne Kit as a maximum strength (see why I was nervous, LOL) and clears the look of blemishes while preventing future breakouts, and it did just that. Very happy their kit has done the best job so far (for me at-least) at preventing breakouts compared to other brands/products. 

Exceptional for those concerned about Dullness, Blemishes and Oiliness. 

Major Key Ingredients:

  • Salicylic Ace 2%: intensive at clearing the look of blemishes and preventing future breakouts. 

  • Glycolic Acid Complex (AHA): Chemically exfoliates to help improve the look of fine lines, pores, uneven skin tone and texture. 

  • Colloidal Sulfur: Clears the looks of blemishes and prevents future breakouts.

Good to Know: Their wash cleanses without over drying, even at maximum strength. The 2% Salicylic acid targets the breakout cycle while removing excess oils and makeup residue. 

While soothing the skin, it visibly conditions the skin leaving it residue free!
